FAQs

Reset is a 3-step system made for anybody looking to clarify the scalp, repair damaged or overworked hair, and restore hair to its most natural state.
People who use product, heat tools, color treat, spend time outside, or have natural wear and tear on their hair (basically everybody).
Scalp build-up (from product use, dirt and oils) can cause hair to become lackluster and lose its ability to respond to the products you're using. Reset Clarifying Shampoo removes this build-up and resets your scalp back to a blank slate, restoring natural shine and allowing your hair to hold product better.
Yes. In order to thoroughly cleanse the scalp and remove build-up, Reset Clarifying Shampoo is a slightly more abrasive formula than our other shampoos, so we created the protein infused Reset Repairing Mask to replenish the hair with much needed hydration. After rinsing the mask and towel-drying hair, its essential that you finish with Reset Sealing Mist to lock in the mask's protein and close the hair cuticle for tangle-free, easy styling.
