We ship via Canada Post. We do not ship to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, but all other territories are fair game! Quebec is coming soon!

If your payment was declined, double check that your billing address, expiration date and card verification number are all correct. If it’s still getting declined, we recommend using a different card or checking with your bank to verify that your info is up-to-date.

Yes, you can! Discount codes can be applied to Custom and Value Kits.
Yes, you are able to use a discount code and redeem a free product within the same order. However, only one discount code can be applied per order.
If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account!
Yes! Your refund may be in points credited back to your Verb Rewards account or in dollars credited back to your original payment method, depending on the number of products returned and the amount of points redeemed.
Yes! If you would like to return a product that you redeemed with your rewards points, you will be refunded for the points spent on the product.
In order to earn points on a post, you must make sure that your Instagram account is public at the time of posting. You must also tag "@verbproducts" in your post and limit any additional tags to no more than 4 other Instagram accounts. Lastly, you are only able to earn points on 1 post a week. If you followed all of these guidelines and still did not earn points, please reach out to us at email@example.com, and we'll look into it for you!

All of our products are color safe and free of parabens, gluten, and harmful sulfates. We want your hair to always look and feel its best, so we only use ingredients that keep your strands healthy in the long run.
