shipping to the contiguous US is $8. orders of $40 or more ship free. 

shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $35.

after you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days to be processed. a tracking number will then be sent to your email. please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered after tracking is sent.

orders made on the weekends will be processed on the following Monday. a tracking number will then be sent to your email after the order is processed.

if you can’t locate your package after your tracking status has been updated to “delivered,” please contact info@verbproducts.com with your order information. 

if the address on your order is wrong, email info@verbproducts.com asap with the correct address and we will make an effort to update the package before it ships.

unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. we will update this page and send an announcement when that changes.


your credit card will be charged when your order ships. orders take 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.

if you need to return an item from a kit, the remaining product(s) you keep no longer qualify for the kit discount and go up to full price. your refund will reflect this price change.

yes! you automatically receive 100 points once you sign up, which can be redeemed for $10 off any purchase of $30+. 

discount codes can be applied to custom and value kits. this excludes gift cards, select kits and other exclusions that may apply.

yes, you are able to use a discount code and redeem a free product within the same order. however, only one discount code can be applied per order.

if you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account.

yes, your refund will be credited back depending on how you paid for your items. if you used points to make your purchase they will be issued back to your Verb rewards account. money spent will be credited back to your original payment method.

yes, if you would like to return a product that you redeemed with your rewards points, you will be refunded the points back to your rewards account. 

in order to earn points on a post, you must make sure that your Instagram account is public at the time of posting. you must also tag @verbproducts in your post and limit any additional tags to no more than four other Instagram accounts. lastly, you are only able to earn points on one post a week. if you followed all of these guidelines and still did not earn points, please reach out to us at info@verbproducts.com.

most of our products are vegan, with the following exceptions: ghost dry oil, ghost dry oil disco edition, sculpting clay, forming fiber, reset clarifying shampoo, strong hair spray, ghost hair spray and reset sealing mist.

no, we do not test on animals and all our products are PETA-Certified.

most of our standard packaging is recyclable. please check your local recycling guidelines for more information.

our products are keratin safe with the exception of our sea collection, which is formulated with sea salt.

we use the same grapefruit and oatmeal fragrances for all of our products.

1) open your gift card email and click on "redeem your gift card,” this will take you to your unique gift card page. here, you can see your code and remaining gift card balance.

2) on your gift card page, copy your unique code by clicking on the clipboard check icon. click “start shopping” and add items to your cart.

3) at checkout, paste or enter your unique e-gift card code.

4) click "apply" to apply e-gift card amount to your order. If a purchase exceeds the amount of the e-gift card, the remaining balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. unused dollars may be applied toward future purchases.

5) We suggest keeping track of what you’ve spent so you know the balance on the card.

yes, you are able to use multiple Verb e-gift cards on a transaction.

when you purchase an e-gift card, you’re not able to add someone else as the recipient. we suggest you forward the e-gift card from your email address so the recipient knows who it’s from.
