"I've used this mask for years. Initially it worked great, over time I found it wasn't penetrating my hair as well. I learned the shampoo i was using isn't great so I switched shampoo and now the mask works great again. I have medium thick, low density hair so the ghost line is a good match for me."

"I used this mask daily for years and loved it. After my most recent purchase from Ulta, I noticed that it didn’t feel as hydrating as it used to. Well, that’s because they’ve reformulated this and added protein. It was one of the few deep conditioners I was able to use. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to use this product.
