Q&A

I just got my 1st order delivered and my curl shampoo has zero lather. Is this normal?: Hi Jennifer, If your hair has a lot of buildup or sebum, your first wash with our curl shampoo will not be super sudsy and lather as you are used to. You can try double cleansing or using more shampoo as well as adding more water helps. The second hair wash should have more lather :)
Should I clarify routinely when using this as a day to day shampoo or is this strong enough to use on its own?: Hi Cate, It is always best to clarify once a month or every 4-6 weeks!
