"Been using this conditioner with the matching shampoo, primer, and oil and my hair has never been better. It’s very light and never lets my hair flatten out. Also it’s kind to my black dyed hair! Only problem is my bottle arrived and the pump doesn’t work. I’ve worked around it but it’s not ideal. Shampoo pump was fine so maybe I’m just unlucky."

"I'd like to have the original product back. The latest product has a fragrance like Dove soap . . . a bit heavy handed. Worse, I have only seen the conditioner in this packaging end up so thick that it wouldn't pour (like Heinz catsup). The Verb people were very kind to send me a push pump and a much larger bottle. So far, it comes out just fine, but I won't know if the push pump solves the problem until I get to the bottom of the bottle. I guess I'll suffer through the fragrance."
