"With the super shine label and the word GLOSSY headlining the products, I mistakenly thought this referred to what the products would do for hair!! It seems this was just a description of the bottle labels. The shampoo and conditioner are OK, but contribute to no extra shine or gloss - no difference to the Ghost or Hydrating options. Just standard performance. Biggest disappointment (and total monetary waste) was the Gloss Spray. Maybe the bottle was defective, but the liquid squirted out in a strange thin stream, not a mist or true spray. I had to squirt some on my hands and try to pat it into my hair!!😟 To add to my frustration, it added ZERO gloss. I feel totally mislead - and ripped off."
