"Great value and quality. The only thing I am not necessarily a fan of is that the consistency is a little thicker than what I would expect. I also wish there was an option to order without the pump as I could easily re-use the old pump from the old bottle."
"Everything I loved about the original doesn't exist in this new formula. The shampoo is quite heavy and the scent is very strong and not as nice as the original moisturizing formula. I'm very disappointed in the change and will be changing brands after many years."

"TLDR: overpowering floral fragrance that made my eyes and nose burn. ***** I can’t speak to the performance of this product because the fragrance is so strong that I am unable to use it and I have requested a return. I can tolerate strong fragrance but this is a punch in the face - my nose and eyes started burning when I smelled it. It’s like grandma spilled an entire bottle of perfume on herself. It would actually be nice if it were a much more subtle scent. If you like very strong and overpowering floral fragrance then you will like this. If you prefer a normal level of fragrance or are sensitive at all to fragrance, then I would avoid this one. For reference, I also used the ghost line. While I’m not in love with the fragrance (powdery/fresh/citrusy) it is subtle and fresh enough to tolerate."
